I have to admire my DH. Years back I reversed into his motorbike and knocked it over. It was a Honda Goldwing…..big and in clear view, like immediately behind the car! All DH said after we pulled it up, was that at least we know we can pick it up between us. Now if he had done that to my bike, had I aspired to own one, he would have to endure my temper!  ::) Only the plastic covering on the red lights were damaged, thank goodness.

Ohhhh.  Honda Goldwing. - there's posh. Did U ever go across the UK on it ?  Our neighbours have something similar which is polished and cosseted every Sunday, it only goes out on fine days.  They did years ago B4 moving here, travel for 3 months across the US staying in Motels on their travels.  Apparently it has a radio for the passenger ........ as well as heated seats  8)

My Uncle had a sidecar on his motor cycle, which was OK until he removed it and forgot to put his foot down at a junction  ::)

It was second hand and years ago. Yes, we had some holidays, me on the back. I used to fall asleep. The back  seat was like an armchair and DH had had excellent training so I trusted him. Just as well!  :o

When I got up this morning I opened the blinds and saw quite a few people about including a child wearing school uniform. I thought this was really strange for a Sunday. I then checked the date and saw today is Monday!  ;D

How about this one? Absolutely true  :o
Going on a lovely cruise at the end of next week so had an appointment at the vet today for the Cockapoo to get his booster and kennel cough treatment.
I drove off (thankfully didn’t quite get to the vets) when I realised the car was Cockapoo-free!!
I had my purse, my keys and his vaccination record but no Cockapoo  ;D. Oh dear Lord, when will this daftness end? :o

He had a look of abandonment on his face  ;D
Thankfully my OH wasn't in the house. I'd never live it down  :o
The vet thought it was highly amusing! He was ever so good. Never flinched when he was jabbed. Wasn't so keen on kennel cough treatment mind you. £85  ??? Crikey, not cheap!
We have a superb kennel that we use. He has his own TV and luxury bed etc  ;D....
He's partial to kids programmes

I have heard of people doing this before! I read about somebody who went into the vets to say she had an appointment and did not notice her dog was not with her until the receptionist asked!
