The view was pretty good although a little misty! It had cleared up by evening when we went to Trocadero to see Eiffel Tower at night  now that spectacular!

I am scared with white goods, one day I'll put my phone in there with the laundry for sure!

Penguin,there's a lift in the Eiffel Tower........just sayin 

We didn't go up it this time, she just wanted to see it lit up, bit I did remember the lift last year when we went 

Didn't stop me booking Musee D'Orsay tickets for the wrong month last year though, hence why we went back there this time!!

My hubby and I did a moonlit cruise down the Seine,was absolutely fantastic,saw The  Nortedame all lit up,it was stunning

Oh I'm really looking going back to Notre Dame when it reopens. Cruise on the Seine sounds lovely, we did one when we had visitors over, with lunch I think but it was daylight so not as atmospheric.

I forget words often, forget the names of articles or plants  .  Miss words out and expect DH to fill in the gaps.  In the early hours I was cold so tried to switch on my electric blanket, so deeply asleep that the alarm clock didn't work  .  I couldn't find the blanket thingy ........

I remember telling hubby that I took mum a drive in the countryside, passing by a large field with lots of "what do you call them?!", I said......"big roly things". He looked bemused, I was peed off because I could not get the word!
"What? he said, cows?!"
"No", said I "they're creamy coloured"
"Sheep?" He offered up. "No" said I.
By now I was panicking. Then, like a lightbulb going on, it came to me..
