Hi everyone!

Just wanted to post to update on my progress with HRT. I’m on day 4 (taking 4th dose tonight) of Femoston. I don’t feel majorly different but I do feel like my mood isn’t as low. I’ve also just experienced a short leg cramp which was not nice but I’m taking it as a sign that the medication is doing something!

Hi! This is sounding positive. I looked back in my diary and I was also feeling brighter at day 4. No idea on the cramp as I didn’t have it, hope this settles down. Keep posting x

Thanks Nicola! I read it’s one of the side effects of the treatment but hoping it will settle and won’t become too much of a common occurrence! Will defo keep posting xx
