What is the lowest dose of Oestrogen one should take to protect bones heart health etc? I presume a patch would be the lowest delivery method or perhaps a tiny blob of gel, but difficult to get the dosage correct. Hurdity I see you mention 25mcg would be beneficial for bone turnover, does one get lower than this? I am currently on one pump of gel, which equates to 75mcg and was wondering if I should use a bit less being in the late 50s.
I have no symptoms to speak of.
