Got a negative result at 00.49 someone works late  :)

I wouldnt worry about getting the alerts that flash up, the app changes and flashes with a countdown to how many days you need to isolate for if its real.

As an aside - did anyone listen to Jeremy Vine yesterday?  Apparently when eating out people have to give contact details which are being used illegally.

1 woman was contacted by a barman named 'Tony'.  Yeah. Right.  She had written her details on a piece of paper left behind the bar  :o and he sent her a photo of himself in bed  :-X. I would have been straight to the Police by-passing the restaurant!!!  What happened to keeping details safe ?  So beware - several people rang in, surprisingly mainly women  :-\ that similar had happened.

1 had seen the details on a sheet of paper by the till, he took a snapshot and showed the Staff how easy it is to collect details illegally.  They apparently weren't a bit concerned.  He deleted the 'photo: me I would have been to the Manager and Police with it!  Would you?
