I'm late peri, 4 pumps gel, 12 x 200mg utro vaginally. When my body contributes I always bleed but there are more cycles now that it doesn't I quite often don't get a bleed. I've been 3 cycles without a bleed but this last one I did. If your lack of bleeding continues you could get a scan to put your mind at rest, that's what I was going to do though now I've had a bleed I'm not quite so worried about it.
