Can't seem to get enthusiastic at the moment. The filming was awful today due to the winds being to strong for the helicopter. Will probably stick to the highlights tomorrow.

No one films the Grand Tour better than those who own 'tour de France'  ;).  In the run-in the cameras were swapping all over the place !!!! and we still don't know who was involved in the crash at the sprint  :(

Home too late to catch up with today.  Bet Tom is stiff and requiring massage and cold compresses - I'm first in line then  ;D

Yes it's my sunshine, has been a lovely week here but very cloudy today  ;D

It's a strange race, I don't know who I'm supporting  ??? No Geraint, Cav or Froome, any suggestions for me to cheer for  :)

Just remembered Simon Yates. ..... C'mon Si  ;D

Nice to see Si pat Roderich who fell badly - as they came over the line it was a gentle tap to say 'been there, done that' .......

Fingers crossed for the wounded.
