It's OK.  Geraint will do fine where he is.  Cav is still recovering from that Virus ........ Chris is moving on.  It opens it up for the young 'uns ;-)

7.6km to go for the women.  A bit of drizzle but fine now.

I'm pleased.  I've just discovered I can watch the Tour and knit at the same time.

To return to cycling...I am struggling on my road bike at the moment...saddle sore...can anyone recommend reasonabley priced lower half clothing?!  I am not a huge cyclist but am struggling to do more than 20 miles as so sore.  I have just changed my saddle so hopefully that will make a difference.  I was cycling in Aldi padded under shorts which I think may be too thinly padded (or lost their padding!) I would like to up my cycling to lose my covid padding...which unfortunately doesn't seem to be on my nether regions but rather on my stomach.... :(

They don't lose their padding but you do need to invest in professional-type pants.  Also they can rub is 1 wears undies as well.  Is there a dedicated cycling shop in your area?

We've been counting the pools - some are really bordering on infinity  :o  ;D and I don't like heights  ::).

At least the peloton neutralised the down hill section  :o or else.  Nasty crash within 3km so no one should be eliminated.

Better today though Adam lost out at the last few yards.  Too much messing about!

Hi Emm225   I saw your question a few days ago and remembered this advert which i had just seen. I am considering getting one myself  https://essentialsaddle.com/

I am trying out cycling (only short leisure rides) also to lose my Covid padding. I spotted a month ago that I had put on about 8 lb in weight. I haven't put on any more but I can't lose it either!
