Hi Lillith,

I really feel for you, migraine is a terrible disease. So glad to hear that your hrt is helping. It gives me much hope. When I was having periods I tended to have two very rough patches each month with my period and mid-cycle. Now I am getting more frequent but less severe migraines. This month has been the first month in over 3 years that I have not vomited with the migraine. I hope all goes well for you. Great news that the gel is working and you have no headaches. Bliss!

I have great news I was prescribed hrt gel today I am over the moon  ;D I am still trying to get to grips with what to do so I may be back tomorrow for further advice  ;)

Thanks Lilleth and everyone who helped me last week. You are all so kind.
