Bobidy, I have been reading loads since seeing your post and link, I have even joined a few FB groups. This actually fits me to a tee. I am going to be doing similar to you, we can compare notes? There is even an app you can use.

Yes definately lets compare notes, maybe on a new post so we don't hijack this one.

It absolutely fits me. I'm desperately trying not to self diagnose but I also know my gp will be no support whatsoever nor be able to diagnose it. They couldn't even spot peri menopause.

I think this is going to be an uphill battle to get the histermine under control and stabilise HRT, particularly with peri fluctuations.
