We have a HUGE thread about bowels so it's seems to be a common problem.  IBS.  Not being able to go.  Going to much too often ........

Hi Catkins,

I'm glad I'm not the only one looking at her poos. I'm seems to be the same colour from day to day. But my dietitian got me on probiotics and they went a lot darker. Same as when I take iron tablets.

I'm constantly adjusting my diet day by day, trying to get a good poo. I like it to come out really easy as I suffer from piles on and off for the last 11 years. Internal and external and sometimes bleeding for three weeks at a time.

I think diet could change your poo colour

Have a look-see at the POO! thread  ;)

Iron tablets are known for causing constipation.
