It's about giving yourself 'me time'.   I had various NHS tapes for relaxation, it was finding time that was the problem.  When I sat down with a  

 we would go to sleep.  The idea is to practice several times a day ...........
As well as apps maybe as the weather improves, get into the sunshine, fresh air and scenery.  I find a walk round my garden is a good starting point as it refocuses my mind
