No, Foxy, because I don't normally have sugar in my coffee, ( I've always had saccharine)
I've started to take two sugars in it! Only because I'm fed up of crashing, and I thought maybe it could be sugar related.
It seems to be working at the mo, although it could be it's sending me more crazy! 🤪🤪🤣😂

Ah I see. I used to always have sugar in my coffee thought I would never manage without but been maybe 5yrs now just have it milky! Thought you were going to tell me you had pancakes with syrup, fresh fruit etc all kinds of yummy things!! I'm waiting for OH getting up and it will be 2 boiled eggs, toast and tea for us ;) .
