I'm going to try this. It's my favourite herb, taste wise, and I read that the herb flavours that attract you are a sign that your body will take well to it.
I've now missed my first period (Day 61) and all the high oestrogen symptoms I've has for 4-5 years have calmed down noticeably, no more painful breasts and nausea. Also now getting proper hot flushes, about 10 a day, which don't bother me as they just make me feel very hot as opposed to unwell and only last for minutes.
I could easily put up with the flushes but will try the sage as it can also help with digestion and has very good reviews on Amazon (Vogel one).
I'll report back.
