Hi..I'm a new member just want to say hi.
I think I'm entering perimenopause..for the last year now I've been getting migraines before my period and some nausea,I have never had this before.jusg wondering if anyone has this.

Hi Pip, big welcome to you.

This could very well  be hormonal related as it is a very common symptom in peri unfortunately.

Have you spoken to your Gp about it at all?

Morning.  Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary is useful.

Browse round.  Make notes. I was often nauseous prior to a period.  Awful  :-\
