Maybe contact a Sleep Study place [can't think of the word
] and see what they suggest and find out how one gets referred?

Hi CKLD,
Thanks! I am already referred and I guess I will get hooked up to a bunch of things to check heart, breathing etc and “observe†me as I sleep...I was more or less asking if anybody had one and found it useful. Hopefully I actually do sleep

What's the proper name for the place; pretty please
. I'm fuddled today
Sleep Clinic? will that do? I would love to be hooked up to see how my sleep patterns are as long as they weren't put up onto UTube

I think it's called a Sleep Lab. The hospital has a clinic that has a hotel like room with bathroom. Looks quite relaxing actually. They hook you up and monitor to from the other room. Indeed, hopefully I don't wind up on YouTube drooling

My gosh, I don't think it would work for me. If I sleep somewhere different I barely sleep at all anyway.

There was a theory years++ ago that the direction of the head of the bed was important. Our best sleep is in our camper .........
