Hi all,
I'm 56. I'm annoyingly Peri menopausal having just had a period. They're irregular and sporadic but still. ALl my friends have stopped by now! My Mum was 57 when here stopped.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia and M.E and I'm housebound and mostly bed bound. in 2009 I had Breast cancer.Thankfully been clear ever since but of course it really limits what help I can get.No hormones, no supplements mimicking Oestrogen etc.
I'm Very happily married(31yrs+) and have 3 adult kids and 2 cats.

I've got 2 main problems with the symptoms which I'll post in the relevant sections.

   was the breast disease oestrogen dominant?  Quality of Life is important.

When was the period B4 this one?  Mine waxed and waned for about 3 years
