Hi has anyone had migraines on evorel 50? Everything was going well I was so pleased  to feel normal again. At the end of second patch the headaches began also hair loss and sweaty. I was not offered an alternative HRT just a pop pills. I wondered if this was incorrect advice? I was having periods which were getting further apart so on sequi. Now just stopped until I can get advice. I wonder if drop in hormone may have triggered headache...any advice?

Hi Hvenab I answered on your other thread although you've also answered my question on this thread! Yes the drop in oestrogen can cause headaches as well as sudden drop in progesterone just before a period. I got migraines in the second lot of patches when I was taking this type ie the conti patches.

Hi hurdity sorry late reply. So the headaches appear to be a drop is estrogen. I had a steady supply of estrogen for 8 days so how has it dropped. It was going well. Was it I wasnt getting enough? So confusing. Thanks for reply
