Re. Bosses' bloopers in the Metro

Some of you may have seen recent letters in the Metro in which readers quoted silly mistakes in English made by their bosses. Today there was one which reported on a meeting with the HR boss. It said "The meeting rapidly derailed when the HR Manager voiced concerns about staff 'disappearing into the urethra'  ;D
