Carpal Tunnel syndrome is common in pregnant ladies so it may be hormonal.  Or a nerve in the neck.  Which fingers affected?  Is it in the night or in the day .........

In the day, and yes my neck sometimes clicks when I move my head 😂  I have to laugh or ill cry, I find it so hard to cry.

Of course when I have these pins n needles and heart flutters I'm having a heart attack, this time

I have it in my left hand, at the moment. I put mine down to the fall I had two weeks ago. Probably will need some physio if it doesn't settle.

So not carpal tunnel:

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition due to compression of the median nerve as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel.[1] The main symptoms are pain, numbness and tingling in the thumb, index finger, middle finger and the thumb side of the ring fingers.[1] Symptoms typically start gradually and during the night.[2] Pain may extend up the arm.[2] Weak grip strength may occur, and after a long period of time the muscles at the base of the thumb may waste away.[2] In more than half of cases, both sides are affected.[1]

However: cubit syndrome:

Beyond the elbow, the ulnar nerve travels under muscles on the inside of your forearm and into your hand on the side of the palm with the little finger. As the nerve enters the hand, it travels through another tunnel (Guyon's canal).

The ulnar nerve gives feeling to the little finger and half of the ring finger. It also controls most of the little muscles in the hand that help with fine movements, and some of the bigger muscles in the forearm that help you make a strong grip.

How do you sleep? face down with an arm underneath the body?

Yes had this. Also my neck clicks loudly sometimes too (and knees/wrists)  Freaked out. Saw GPs.. My left foot has been tingling for years. Saw two GPs - both said combo of joints drying out (have you got quite big bones (ulna bone)  on the left of your writs joints?) plus anxiety making it worse / making me focus on it.  It does come and go. I notice it more when I am hot  or tired in the evening.  One GP said ' welcome to ageing !'. That was me told!

This is one of TODAY'S ailments for me.
Tingling fingers with areas of numbness and pins and needles.
Feet too.
However, it is actually quite low down on TODAY'S LIST which is also featuring armpit, neck, heart and stomach problems.
To be honest there is absolutely no area of my body that I haven't noticed or worried about today.
Is it any better, Natural Mystic?

Different nerve routes = different conditions  ;) as well as if the nerves are affected from the neck/elbow/wrist areas.
