Dosage query

Can anyone please tell me which delivers the higher dosage of hormones ,femoston conti1/5 or evorel conti patch ? GP pretty hopeless at prescribing HRT so having to do my own research !

It's difficult to compare patch with tablets but the Evorel Conti is a higher dose of oestrogen x
