As we all need a laugh ,sparkle,BlueButterfly & myself came up with hilarious tv programmes us menopausal ladies could do,we decided on speedy tai chi (long story) but if you go to all things menopause & look up does anyone get thru this without hrt you'll see how it came about.
Can anyone else think what would make hilarious tv with us lot of sweating stressed anxious panic attack ridden insomniacs?
Maybe a cooking show called you bloody well WILL eat it

A game show where we have to try and find the person we used to be....

For those who just haven't got the energy to do much housework, what about "Say Yes to the Mess". Let's see who can leave it the longest, and the winner gets the services of a professional cleaner.

I just leave my contact lenses out. No cleaning is required, I don't see any dirt.

No good for me, I can read them all however small the writing. I might, however, miss the parcel if it's more than 6 feet away...
