Thank you for an interesting post.
I thought that plenty of plant fibre and very little saturated animal fat was helpful in bringing down BP which would mean following a whole food plant based diet. I mention this because Dr Kendrick suggests the opposite ie a low carb, high fat diet.
I must admit I haven't read the links that you've included so I may have got the wrong end of the stick plus I don't have experience of treating high blood pressure but I thought I would post the little I have learned so that other ladies can do some research if they want to.
