Hi, I'm new to posting on the site but have been using it as a resource for information for over a year.  I am nearly (but not quite!) 57 and 2 years post menopause.  Currently trying to find the right HRT for me, after years of struggling with meno and a horrendous peri-meno.  Now on HRT for 4 months and feel as though I'm slowly starting to get my life back.  Have found this site to have a wealth of information, to be better informed than any GP I have seen, and to give me a feeling of hope when at times I have felt pretty hopeless.  Thank you to all, you are wonderful and inspiring xxx

So glad you have found the site and forum helpful - you have Dr Heather Currie to thank for all of that information, but the rest of us who are members of the forum do our best to give advice and support to other women where we can. Lovely to be able to give some hope :)
