I've been doing some memory cards courtesy of Jacquie Lawson web-site.  They are cards to send via e-mail and some have puzzles on.  Very stimulating  ;) and I think that you can do them without paying up.

I am concerned.  Been busy with settling Mum into the care home since 2017 - as well as trying to keep her garden tidy-ish : etc.: ..... so put my blank memory down to all that.

Last week DH and I went shopping. He bought a few items which he showed me at the time but 2 days later I had no recollection of the items until he showed me  :-\.  Are there any on-line memory tests?  Do I want to know or can I keep putting off what might be happening ........

No better nor worse  ::)

I have to tick each time I open my bowels otherwise I can't remember going  :-\
I did something really silly but by the time I got here, it's gone from my head, its was important enough to think of putting it down  :(

I had worsening migraines that turned out to be a peri symptom. Same with brain fog and anxiety, forgetting things to do and places to go, children to collect and more.

I had a catastrophic memory issue that has lead to a big financial problem in our business and fallout that we are struggling with.

HRT has stopped the migraines and I'm way more able to focus and complete tasks than I was before.

The great thing about patches is that if you don't feel better you can just stop using them and that's it. You have nothing to lose by trying.
