I had a full hysterectomy 7 years ago & was also in peri before. Your hormone needs will probably change after a hysterectomy because you are going from having some hormones to none & your body is wondering what is happening. The worst thing I did was tinker too much with the dose. But when we feel bad it is easy to do that in the hope of feeling better.

I think it's all come as a bit of a shock, fingers crossed it'll settle soon! I think as I'm still in quite a bit of pain that's maybe added to the anxiety.
