You're doing so well so you're allowed a little blip. Probably because you had been ill and were tired and run down.

Look how quickly you realised it was down to anxiety and you didn't panic for days on end.

Am glad you're feeling better today. Onwards and upwards. Well done.

Not too bad today thank you, got slight chest pain/discomfort earlier followed by flush so I'm guessing it's hormonal

HORMONES  >:(  ::)

Is the pain bad enough to take medication?

Hi all just checking in. Well I've been feeling a lot better the last few days, I'm defineatly seeing a pattern, I seem to 'dip' every three months for a couple of weeks so it's obviously hormonal. I'm heading to Majorca on Sunday with hubby for a few days break and am actually looking forward to it. I will defineatly stick with citalopram for the foreseeable future as I feel it really is helping me. Hope all are well x

That is brilliant, knowing that blips will pass really helps. I'm a bit like that too.
Have a wonderful holiday  ;D

I read all your comments and you sound like me...
I've been suffering with anxiety on and off...my ear ringing is getting louder and louder...and sometimes it's even a pounding noise.  What if I may ask helped you with both.  My doctor also gave me cipralex 10 mg...but it didn't agree with me...your help and input is Muchly appreciated

You are not going crazy  ;) it's The Change.

Citalopram - I take the sister drug and it suits me fine. We have a thread on tinnitus too ....... and when I lay down my ear throbs to the beat of my heart, 'It shows you still have one' says DH  >:(  :-*
