Just wondering if anyone has tried Macafem? I am willing to try anything to help with the anxiety, dizziness and generally feeling exhausted and fed up with this meno. I tried hrt a few times but it's not for me , made my anxiety worse, I have a hiatus hernia and type 2 diabetes so not sure if I can take Macafem

I found this that I posted which refers to another thread and also some links which might help:

mumofthree you mentioned reading reviews of macafem and I posted yestreday on another thread about this with some links:

I will repeat my post here in case you haven't seen it mumofthree, since it is relevant!

"Macafem is a food supplement which has been used for years in men and women apparently to improve sexual performance ::).

There is limited research as to its effectiveness in menopause though.

Thanks Hurdity, I guess I'm clutching at straws. Between the dizziness and burning chest and stomach I really am at my wits end😥 I have a feeling it's my hiatus hernia acting up but with horrible symptoms my anxiety is through the roof.
