good luck with your appointment. Try not to worry- when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and womb cancer my CA125 was in thousands. It is only a marker for inflammation and can be elevated with all sorts of things such as endometriosis, inflammatory bowel disease etc. My gynae specialist nurse also has patients with advanced cancer turning in tests at 20 so it isn't the most accurate test hence why it is not offered as routine screening test. I can't remember what other tests you have had done but I imagine the likes of a hysterscope, ultrasound and ct/MRI may be suggested just to check nothing untoward is going on.
I can't comment on the liver test though these things can be elevated for all sorts of reasons such as medication, drinking, infection , diabetes.
