My list is also endless but Shine by Take That is the favourite at the moment - I sing the words to myself!!! 😊😊😊

I love 70s pop music and my list includes:

Don't go breakin my heart - Kiki Dee and Elton John
Sunshine on  my Shoulders (makes me happy) - John Denver
All Steely Dan songs - especially St. Louis Blues
All Queen songs - especially their Greatest Hits album
   Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry

On the classical list I'd choose:
   Debussy piano music
Satie Gymnopedies for piano (1, 2 and 3).
Daniel Barenboim playing all Mozart piano pieces

Music exists to speak the words we can't express

On my classical list I'd have:

Berlioz Te Deum
Saint Saens Organ Symphony
Beethoven Emperor Piano Concerto
Allegri Misereri
Schubert Arpeggione Sonata

Then:
Phantom of the Opera (medley which the choir I play for performed last year)
Cool jazz to listen to at tea time
Anything by Elton John
Abba Move On and Eagle
But my number one all-time favourite feel-good song has to be "Le Vieux Cafe de la Rue d'Amerique" sung by Mireille Matthieu in 1977.  Somehow, I managed to miss this until literally a few months ago, courtesy of Youtube, but now I really love it and I cannot let a day go past without listening to it.  Does anyone else know it/like it?

Have to say Elton John's Rocket Man is hitting right notes with me at the moment. It's that Ostrich ad, tickles me every time!  ;D

Tallis, Mass for 4 voices - beautiful
Ry Cooder & VM Bhatt, Meeting by the River
Ry Cooder, Chloe
Dire Straits, What it is
Take That, Wait for Life - great to sing along to, but can be a bit throat-lumpy!
Sting, Englishman in New York
Sting, Fragile - beautiful melody
Sting, Fields of gold
Isley Brothers, Summer Breeze
Bill Withers, Lovely Day
Stranglers, Always the Sun
Gap Band, Oops Upside your head
Boston, More than a Feeling
Van Morrison, Brown Eyed Girl
Corrs, Runaway
John Williams, Extra Time (part 2) & loads more!

Okay hoping I don't sound too weird but from time to time something we used to sing in school pops into my head...those old hymns we sang in assembly bring back so many happy memories of friends and funny times. Anyone else or am I truly crazy? ;D

No, not crazy.  At our assemblies they would play a record of the 'Planets suite' as we left the hall.  Still love that music now.

Not a song but a piece of music.

Vaughan Williams, Fantasy on a theme of Thomas Talis.
