The thing with ibs is it's unique to each individual that has it,I think when I was diagnosed nearly 30 odd years ago,it was an easy diagnosis,it covers such a wide range of issues.My ibs probably completely different to clkd's and different again to tc,it's finding what's right for you.
Mebeverine is fantastic for gut spasms if taken every day before food,works for me but again may not work for clkd so it's trial and error I'm afraid.
I saw a gastro specialist on Wednesday and he said this fod diet,not much use for me as I'm vegetarian but it seems to come up time and time again when speaking to specialist,maybe that's worth a go xx

Agreed Wrensong - I stated similar somewhere in the Forum this week. Also, standing can ease transit - gravity assisted ;-).  Love your analogies by the way,  ;D you fit right in - now me, I do crosswords whilst waiting ........ I feel a thread coming on 4 bookworms  :whist:
