Um - this is a "This or That" topic surely - not about menopause!!!

However I am far too busy to do anything to pass the time - too much to do and not enough time to do it all in - speaking of which, my gel has now dried and I need to get on  ;D. I do enjoy reading though! ( in bed for half an hour at end of day!)

4 me my bowels are very much menopause fixed  ;) - have altered the heading to make it clearer .........

Definitely nothing but listen to the radio while on the loo. If you spend more time sitting there than is necessary (next crossword clue, next page of book) you'll end up with piles. I only take showers these days due to VA, and that's not a good place to read, although sometimes I forget to take my glasses off...... ::)

 ;D Oh yes. What a nuisance glasses are. When we go away the bother of trying to work out how the shower works, and read the toiletry labels.  ::) Then forgetting I've got my glasses on.

I have never had piles.  That's an old wives tale ;-).  As is sitting on concrete.  I've had several trips to the loo this morning, because we were going out for a few hours  ::) - now I'm home, the bowel has gone quiet.

Pages go crinkly when I drop books/magazines into the bath water.  Our shower needs fixing.  :-\
