I know this tramline as it is near relatives.

Five dead. Going too fast, apparently.

Tram driver was arrested, no reason given. However, I believe weather was really bad at the time, maybe debris was on line.

Feel so sad for the families involved.  My son sometimes gets that tram to work, had a terrible couple of minutes trying to contact him this morning.  Such a dreadful thing to happen and should have been mentioned first on the news.

If the rail is 'dangerous' then something should be done!  Slow down the tram, straighten out the line …….

Hello ladies.

Very sad news about the crash and my thoughts are with the families.

Tinkerbell - trumped by Trump unfortunately and this probably won't be the last time as the man does like the sound of his own voice!

Take care all.

Yes the news was wrongly pushed into the background.  I also know the line as I occasionally  travel on it from Wimbledon to my brother's house.

Reports today say the driver blacked out.  If this is true, why do the trams not have a 'dead mans handle' like the trains.

Very bad design fault.
