worried about heart and chest pain

Had this tightness and chest pain on left side and shoulder pain for few days. Feel very weak. I have cfs and fibro diagnosis, and get a lot of anxiety. I've had it before but feels worse. Seeing gp later. Worried its medication interaction, as some of meds I'm on have potential to interact. Just feel so worried I'm going to spiral downhill
