Hello, pleased to be here!

Hello, I'm new to this forum.  I'm 50 yrs old and have two grown up children.  I am currently on HRT - it's still early days and I don't feel to good. :-*

Browse round.  Make notes.

Are you able to tell us how long you have been prescribed HRT for and which type you are trying?  Think which symptoms you needed to improve, some ladies find that keeping a mood/food/hormone diary helpful in charting feelings etc..

On HRT Femoston 1.10 for 16 days now.  Hot flushes are worse - all day and night.
