Yes sparkle, I do feel rather low, although this is due to circumstances as well. ie. living abroad and feeling a bit isolated.
I used to always feel reaaly hungry after a period, but that was loooong ago as I am now def post-meno (almost 59). I´m not fading away but I find I am eating less.
I know I need more excercise which would give me more of an appetite. I do yoga 3 times a week. Today I went for a 50 min walk and then did an hour of gardening and I feel totally exhausted. I´m using oestrogel/utro and am on the utro phase at the moment, maybe it´s that too.
Right, I need to at least cut down on sugar and carbs and try to walk more. The low feeling is something else altogether
