Hope you are all doing ok - just wanted to ask has anyone used the Menopause Magnet?

I only heard about it today & the lady I was talking to swears by it - any thoughts ?

Have a browse around - there have been many threads about this on MM.  I don't know anyone who has really had any benefits.  If you are peri meno then it is easy to think it works for a time as your hormones will be fluctuating so meno symptoms come and go.  The placebo effect can be strong.  Dg x

Morning Zodiac

I like you eat healthy, I exercise every single day, work full time & non stop on my feet & generally look after myself does it make any difference - does it heck.

I have tried absolutely everything to try and help my hot flushes nothing works hence why the queries about the magnet.

Sometimes it is just all too much isn't? & I cry too because some days I just can't see the wood for the trees, I'm having one of those days today mind you it doesn't help that the school I work in has a sickness bug & I've got it!!

Zodiac " been told by specialist at hospital not totake anything herbal for menopause or hrt "  - why not?

I tried the Ladycare magnet for a good 3 months when I first started getting symptoms in the perimenopause.  I'm afraid I found it to be no use whatsoever.

I'm guessing that Zodiac was advised not to take anything herbal for menopause because a lot of herbs are currently unregulated and there just aren't enough trials and evidence proving that they are effective.

I ended up going on HRT for my symptoms.

Thanks CLKD I am today, yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a bus!

I have had a good read on the magnet & im going to keep my £28 in my purse (thought it was quite expensive)

I will keep reading & trying different alternatives to try & kerb the flushes

Have a good week ladies x take care x
