Mindfullness Apps

Hi

I'm thinking it might be a good idea to try some meditation/relaxation techniques and wondered if anyone could recommend a good meditation app for android as there seem to be so many to choose from I'm not sure which one to go for.

Any ideas?

Hi Jules/ Sparkle

I am trying the free ten days trial of Headspace. On day two. Seems really good. I did it twice yesterday, once before I went to sleep. When I woke up in the night as I usually do, I tried the breathing thing - just counting really - and I went back to sleep which was great as I don't usually.

Thanks for these rockhopper. I've downloaded insight and stop breathe think. In fact I think I recognise this second one as a programme in schools and just embracing the term 'stop, breathe, think' is a fantastic starting point. I look forward to trying these out :))
