I used to feel nauseous a few days B4 a period.  Floored me at times  :'(

Ginger biscuits can help.

I get that horrible nausea feeling quite often. It's irritating and horrible. Lasts a few minutes then passes off, sometimes twice a day.
It really makes me feel ill at times! 🤷‍♀️

Anyone get lightheartedness along with the nausea? I? not sure if one is the cause of the other!

I had morning nausea during peri but it stopped once I was in meno. It wasn't severe enough to go to a GP but I always suspected that it was peri related.
