Just to update the good people thats helpe me through a really difficult time ,I had started HRT climagest and had a really awful time with it ,mood swings depression, nausea, insomnia , mostly caused by the norethisterone days .I gave it 9 weeks an contacted my Gp i couldnt handle feeling that way no more , I was hoping maybe to change to something a bit kinder but GP advised me to come off it '
It filled me with dread back to square one , but ive been on fluoxetine for just under 2 weeks and has already helped me to sleep at nights i still get a bit hot at nights but not like before, I just wanted to let people know if for what ever reason you cant take hrt ,dont give up getting help i feel so much better now and it just may help you.....
