No not really, at work now, just having a massive flush! It's hard to know which are meno and which are anxiety! I'm putting it down to hormones today as I'm only 5 days away from my bleed hopefully.

Well ladies, I'm now at the end of my period, I felt great for a few days and bam, feel like in full of anxiety again, a silly thought came into my head for a split second and I've dwelled since then, other times such things just wouldn't bother me.I seem more susceptible to anxiety and related symptoms both physically and mentally at different times of the month and it has definitely got worse since becoming menopausal. Is this normal and does any one experience cycles like this?
Thanks

Yes to all of your post Shelb. Bloomin' annoying istn't it. My rational brain is telling me there's nothing wrong but it doesn't stop the thought, not matter how fleeting, getting a toehold and turning itself into a mountain!!!
