another good idea ckld.. i live in a bungalow so stairs isnt a problem for me will do that fill it with goodies and stuff the only thing ill have to lift is the remote and a cup  :D x

Wishing you all the best for tomorrow.

Don't be afraid to tell them about your anxiety or anything else that is concerning you.  If they don't know you have an issue with something, they won't be able to help.  Don't forget they see people with the same issues every day, so what you may think is a really silly or obscure worry is probably something they hear so often they can almost reply in their sleep!

Make sure you get spoiled while you recover - you deserve it!
