Hopefully the new regime will ease symptoms. I find not taking meds before bed helps ease heartburn possibilities, as if I lay down too soon it starts ……

- I have rarely been able to over-ride panic attacks by reminding myself that 'nothing bad has happened' and 'this too will pass'
Maybe your background worry was enough to upset your mental feelings …….. I can soon get to a dark place when panic takes over.
