So Dyan he's obviously discussed this possible interruption in ADs with other patients.  So he is aware of our worries.  He deserves  :medal:

Hopefully the new regime will ease symptoms.  I find not taking meds before bed helps ease heartburn possibilities, as if I lay down too soon it starts ……

Certainly the mind is a 'funny' thing  >:( - I have rarely been able to over-ride panic attacks by reminding myself that 'nothing bad has happened' and 'this too will pass'  :'(

Maybe your background worry was enough to upset your mental feelings …….. I can soon get to a dark place when panic takes over.

I hope so.  Even when asleep my anxiety grinds on - if I'm not aware of dreaming about problems I am sure that my brain is still working over-time leaving me extra tense the next day .

Feet up, wine to hand?  ;)
