being listened to
being appreciated
kindness
warmth
a well brewed cuppa
my grandchildren
my husband's touch,  (a hug or a hand on my shoulder) as he isn't a demonstrative man generally

I always feel good after organizing my wardrobe.
Other things that make me smile are:
Clean sheets on the bed that have been dried outside and smell fresh
Long, hot, candle lit bubble baths
Lazy Sunday mornings in bed with the papers
sunshine
Being near the sea
Being surrounded by my family

Being on my own in the church and playing away on the organ for two or three hours to my heart's content.   There's only one thing that makes me feel even better........ :-*

Yes.  To me, when everything is working well on the "king of instruments" (as it's known), it's like riding the crest of a wave.  As I said, only one other thing comes close!  ;)
