After some advice please ladies. Not sure if it's just maybe a simple cold I'm getting. But my throat hurts when I swallow, one side more than the other. It's not like a typical sore throat. Is this common or just me been silly?

Nothing is silly when it bothers you 

My throat is strange at times.  Usually 'cos I've slept with Gob Wide Open  it gets dry, cough and sometimes sore.  Is it painful enough to consider paractamol?

Have you tried gargling with boiled, cooled, salted water?  Do that for a couple of days and if it's not improved make an apt., remembering it's Easter approaching ……..

Thank you. I'll do that. Might also be that I hardly get enough sleep. And the little sleep I do get in restless.  Maybe oneday I'll get some decent sleep and not ache all over.  Dreams hey xx

Yes thank you. It was a cold brewing    the house is full of it right now. But it doesn't matter cause now it's easter holidays yay. Love having kids around. How are you doing?

Hope you're getting through your cold, Just wanted to say hi to you and to say that you're never alone on here, there's always someone with good advice and sometimes it just helps to read through other ladies posts. I'm sure that this site has made me see this whole stage of my life in a different and thankfully more calm way. Wishing you luck x

I always felt suddenly queasy with weak legs if a cold was on it's way  - different to anything else I experienced.  I would know and 24 hours later the cold would break.

Oh I'm so achy all over. Thought it would ease off after few weeks of hrt but it hasn't. My neck, shoulders actually everything feels achy. This can't be right. I enjoy going to the gym and I'm needing to take pain pills to get through anything comfortably. Enough already

Hormones!  - you might discuss these aches and pains at the gym for advice?  Listen to your body

I'm a sports massage therapist so I know I'm not doing anything wrong through exercise. So frustrating
