Heat Rash
« on: March 12, 2015, 02:59:51 PM »

Hi Ladies,

Can anyone help, I have developed a heat rash on the inside of my thighs, think it's due to my night sweats, I've tried everything to get rid of it, nothing's working, it's a raised red rash and I keep wanting to scratch it.  Any ideas.

Thanks x ::)

Hi
why not try calamine lotion to cool it a bit. sudo cream?
Antihistamine. wearing cotton PJ bottoms can help so your skin isn't rubbing x

Hi, I had problems with a similar thing under the breast area and found sudocrem worked a treat. Rash cleared up and I still use it now after a shower or bath just in case I haven't dried properly. Hope this helps.
