Femoston will already have the progesterone you need - it's a combination HRT which will means there will be 14 days of oestrogen only, then another 14 days of combined oestrogen and progesterone. After you finish the oestrogen and progesterone phase and started back on the oestrogen only part, you will get a withdrawal bleed about 2-4 days later. Go for the Femoston 1/10 sequi version - if you need a stronger dose you can then move up to the 2/10 version.
