Hi karen

You might want to think about having more protein in the mornings. as it seems you only start at lunch time or later. That might "set you up" for a few hours.

I agree with carrie!

I just have one more thing to say about eating and keeping up your blood sugar levels!

"Breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, dine like a pauper".

That signifies the order of size of meals that we are supposed to eat to help us get through the day. Nowadays most of us do it in reverse so no wonder we can't cope and feel funny! I am like you, I have my "fainty" times in the morning so also need a good breakfast and - yes it sets me up for some time.  Try shifting around when you eat most food and maybe only have a small or light meal in the evening, remembering that you may also need your low calorie low GI snacks (slow energy release) to keep you going.

HI

Thanks Hurdity for the link re blood sugar levels, its strange I was shaky tonight as I left it late to have tea and have had that before, I don't know if its hormones or blood sugar levels causing the problems I may find a chemist who can test this??

Ive started eating porridge in the morning but one sachet as I don't like it much, may try ready break instead as finer and doesn't end up like wall paper paste :) I also have banana, then fruit through the morning I did also have some cashew nuts which I know are not great, I don't usually have a lot for lunch one roll maybe followed by crisps or something and then fruit in the afternoon, do maybe that's a problem too as you say, though it would be expensive to go and a eat a big meal every day as I tend to walk round town rather than stay in the office.

Ok Ive had anxiety but on the whole Im not to bad on just the starflower at the moment, hate to speak too soon xx
