dry mouth

Hi all does anyone else suffer with really dry mouth and throat.  Often wakes me during night difficult to swallow xx

Hi Janine,

Yes I get this occasionally. I'm surprised I haven't had it more in the last two weeks as I've had a real stinker of a cold.
I usually keep a glass of water next to my bed to help if I waken with a completed dried out tongue.

Yup me too Janine...wake hardly able to swallow due to dehydration and I always have water before bed....I also keep a bottle of water next to my bed for during the night and morning  :valkyrie: x

I do have it, too. And my tongue feels swallen at times. Havent had this for a long time but it appeared today. Also dry skin and dry eyes. Makes me think it must be a temp dip in estrogen ( or the opposite) because I feel jerky and nervous too.
