To be honest, I'm thinking that you have been constantly changing HRT and not giving each trial long enough..... this could be making your anxiety worse..... your hormones will be all over the place with all the recent changes.  Sorry you're feeling like this, but perhaps it might be an idea to try and make a treatment decision and stick with it for a few months?

Hope you feel better soon. x

Hi clkd

Awful just awful, I just hope I can go to the doctors feel so uptight, I don't know where to start when I get there, glad im off work today.

Nothing worst than nausea, bananas and ginger biscuits may help, its hard to have an appetitie isn't it? x

I am trying a Very Large banana  ::) …… had forgotten the ginger biscuits,  :thank you:

I remember almost crawling into the Surgery and leaning on a wall during a really bad spell when DH went to France to see le Tour  :'( ….. at least I felt safer there and the emergency medication the GP gave me really does ease symptoms because I go to sleep.

Am trying hard to be logical today - my body is hungry, my body is hungry ……..  :-\ off to make a cuppa.
I'm at the stage of doing a pee every 10 mins.: on the dot! : so it is probably easing off …

Valium helped.  I've fished out the rescue remedy spray from the drawer.  The other med begins with an 'L' but isn't to hand  ::) - Good Luck!

As mentioned before took me over 6 months on the same HRT to get most things back to normal.

At 3 months, looking back, it would have been way too early to swap things around.

Stick with it and set a reminder on your phone to take tablet/patches at the same time.

Hope you can get back normal as soon as possible.

Hi karenja
No not tried any of these, just my HRT and when things were bad beta blockers to calm the heart down, I know you can't take them. my cousin is on the 2 you got and made a big difference with her, takes a few weeks. Did they reassure you about your heart situation ? Glad you got something and hope it works well for you. You deserve a break from all this.

I think other Members have taken both these with success.

Diazapam 'as necessary'?  Worked for me, in the 1990s I took it the night before an event as well as that morning.  Knowing that it worked made a huge difference. I would suggest that you take what has been prescribed before you are going anywhere  ;)
